Erin has been a huge to help to us. First she helped us buy our home and then nine years later, she helped us sell it. The selling process was very long and tedious, but she stuck with us every step of the way, going out of her way to run back and forth to the property in the middle of winter to help ensure the pipes didn't freeze between showings and making multiple trips to the hardware store, also in the dead of winter, to help us get our water heater fixed. I couldn't be happier that I chose to go through Erin Cooper for the purchase of my new home. She was supportive and available promptly throughout the entire process. She assisted and organized meeting with contractors for the repairs/estimates that were needed in order for me to feel confident in the purchase of my home.
